This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information in the Zooptrack service (competitor ad intelligence and the related tools).
How We Use Data
We use your data to authenticate users, calculate reports, save scenarios and monthly records, and provide AI-backed insights. We do not sell personal data.
Data Storage
Account profiles and workspace records are stored in our database. Insights generated by AI providers may be processed by third-party services when enabled.
Ad Data We Show
Competitor ads come from Meta's public Ad Library. We store the public ad content (images, text, dates, page names) to show history and trends. We do not access anyone's ad accounts.
Service Providers
Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Razorpay (payments; we never see your card or UPI details), Resend (email) and Google Gemini (reads public ad creatives to label hooks and offers; your personal data is not sent). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.
Your Choices
You can request access, corrections, or deletion of your data by contacting us. You can also sign out at any time to stop ongoing use.
Security
We apply access controls, authentication, and database policies to protect your information. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
